Submitting a quote request does not create a booking and does not generate an automatic price. We review each enquiry and contact you to confirm details, availability and pricing before any work is scheduled.

Quotes are based on the information you provide. If access, volume or distance differs on the day, pricing may need to be adjusted and we will discuss this with you first.

A booking is confirmed once we have agreed the date, scope and price with you in writing. Please make sure safe and legal access, parking and lift or stairwell arrangements are available at both locations.

Please tell us about heavy, fragile, hazardous or high-value items in advance. Perishable goods, flammable materials and illegal items cannot be transported.

We handle every item with care and use protective materials where appropriate. Any concerns about the condition of goods should be raised with us as soon as possible after delivery so we can work through them with you.

Where junk removal or property clearance is requested across Auckland, we remove the items you have identified and direct them toward appropriate disposal, donation or recycling options where practical and available.

If your plans change, contact us as early as possible so we can reschedule. Late cancellations may incur a fee where crew and vehicle time has been reserved.

Payment terms are confirmed with your booking. Prices are quoted in New Zealand dollars.
